Immovable Property Commission T.R.N.C.

This Commission has been set up as an effective domestic remedy for people to claim their abandoned properties in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus after the troubles in 1974. European Court of Human Rights has significantly encouraged the role of this Commission in the light of "Law for the Compensation Exchange and Restitution of Immovable Properties", within the scope of Article 159 of the Constitution in 2005 and according to the ruling of Xenides-Arestis vs. Turkey, Demopulos vs. Turkey and other cases at the European Court of Human Rights (5th March 2010).

Our firm offers this legal service very carefully and in confidence for our clients seeking redress, restitution, exchange or compensation for their properties that they have left in the North.
